School Uniform Recycling

      It’s all the buzz…

          School Uniform Recycling

St Joseph’s PFA have started a recycling scheme for St. Joseph’s school uniforms, by offering donated items that our children have outgrown to other parents, at competitive prices.

We hope you will agree that this is a great idea, with many benefits, such as:

  • Providing a cost effective alternative for 2nd or 3rd sets of clothes
  • Easy access to emergency uniform replacements during the year
  • Helping the environment - Reducing the volume of uniforms ending up as landfill
  • Social responsibility – reusing and recycling uniforms that are in great condition
  • Easing the financial burden on parents – good quality at a reduced cost
  • Helping the school – raising funds to improve educational provision for our pupils

We’re collecting unwanted, good condition, uniforms - look out for our uniform recycling container in the school entrance.

Thank you to all who have donated uniforms and for the positive messages of support to date. We have received some really nice quality items and we plan to sell recycled uniforms towards the end of the school year in June.

In the meantime, please feel free to contact us on stjosephspfa@outlook.com if you want to enquire about purchasing items or have any questions.
