P7 Science at Knock
Primary Seven had a great morning at Our Lady and St Patrick’s Knock where they planned, carried out and evaluated an investigation to determine the melting points of white, milk and dark chocolate. Their results showed that dark chocolate had the highest melting point and white chocolate the lowest. They believe the melting points are determined by the amount of cocoa in each piece of chocolate. Many thanks to Our Lady and St Patrick’s for allowing us to use their facilities and resources.
