P2 Trip to the Butterfly Farm
The P2 classes enjoyed a fantastic trip to the Butterfly Farm.
Well done to the Primary 5, 6 & 7 pupils from Mr Mussen’s Irish language group who took part in the class stage of the Belfast Feis which is run each year by Conradh na Gaeilge.
Feis Beal Feirste
Well done to the P4, 5, 6 & 7 pupils who represented St Joseph’s at the Belfast Feis on Saturday 10th June at Corpus Christi College, Belfast.
P6 and P7 visit Young Innovators at Jordanstown
P6 and P7 visited University of Ulster at Jordanstown to attend the Young Innovator’s Celebration Day.
P3 French Concert
On Thursday 8th June the children in Mrs Mc Kenna’s and Miss Brennan’s Primary Three classes performed an amazing French concert which was a wonderful end to a fantastic year of French language learning.
Bredagh Blitz Bonanza
It was another successful year for St Joseph’s at the annual Bredagh Blitz at Cherryvale Playing Fields.
P5 Minibeast Hunting
Our current World Around Us topic is ‘Minibeasts’ so we have been out in the Eco garden searching for minibeasts, tallying where we found them and looking at them more closely using the magnifiers.
Niall represents Down
Congratulations to Niall who represented St Joseph’s on the Down Cumman Na Bunscoil at half time in the Down vs Armagh match.
